As Finance Process Transformation Manager, you will be involved in Finance Operations service offerings to help organizations optimize their finance functions, improve operational efficiency, and drive strategic decision-making. Offerings include, but are not limited toFinance Process Transformation and Shared Services (SSC)/Global Business Services (GBS) operating model design and implementation, location assessment and SSC health check.

Qualifications:
Good understanding of end-to-end finance processes, especially Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report
Strong experience in finance process improvement projects, finance transformation, target operating model design, setup or implementation of finance and accounting shared service centers
Basic understanding or working knowledge of some of the leading finance systems such as SAP, Oracle, BlackLine, etc.
Good communication, problem-solving, project management and leadership skills
Preferably CPA, MBA or similar designation
