TASQ Staffing Solutions is currently in the process of recruiting call center agents for their Iloilo branch. The company is looking to fill positions starting on May 27, June 3, June 10, June 24, July 8, and July 29, 2024. They have an urgent need for candidates who meet specific qualifications.

To be considered for the position, applicants must be willing to work on-site in either Pavia or Mandurriao, Iloilo. They should have completed at least 2 years of college (with a minimum of 72 units) and possess 6 months of BPO or CSR-related work experience. Alternatively, candidates who have graduated from a 4-year course, with or without work experience, are also eligible. Other essential qualifications include a strong customer service orientation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficient analytical abilities, familiarity with MS Office and internet browsing, and flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

The salary details will be provided by the client, but it is assured that a competitive offer will be presented. The compensation package includes a Php 5,000 allowance, a 20% night differential, day 1 HMO coverage, and the option to add one dependent for free upon regularization.

As a call center agent, the responsibilities will include handling incoming customer calls in a professional and timely manner, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests, providing accurate and relevant information to ensure customer satisfaction, resolving complaints or issues with empathy and patience, documenting and updating customer interactions using company systems, adhering to call handling guidelines, escalating complex issues when necessary, meeting or exceeding performance targets, including call quality and customer satisfaction, staying up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and industry trends, and participating in ongoing training and coaching to enhance skills. This is a full-time position.

Qualified candidates can expect to undergo over-the-phone interviews scheduled on weekdays within 72 business hours of submitting their application (excluding holidays and weekends). If the initial call is missed, candidates should anticipate receiving a follow-up message from a number ending in 763 or an email from rmijares@tasq.work to confirm availability. Interviews can also be conducted through platforms such as Zoom, Teams, WhatsApp, or Skype upon the candidate's request.
