>Ability to align and monitor all training initiatives
>Has knowledge in curriculum development for continuous improvement of the training
>Ability to maintain good relationships with clients and trainees
>skills Training, or similar, in a BPO setting
>Ability to think stragetegically implement effectively, measure and improve results
>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
>Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging and interactive training materials
>Ability to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure

We require at least 2 years of experience in the said field.
