HIRING: PROCUREMENT MANAGER FOR MANDALUYONG SITE (READ FROM TOP TO BOTTOM)

Note: If candidate passed the phone interview he/she will be invited for a face to face interview directly to the client’s office.

● SALARY OFFER/RANGE: Php 150,000 Max
● WORK SHIFT: DAY-MID SHIFT
● NATURE OF COMPANY: BPO

QUALIFICATIONS:

● JD-The ideal candidate will have frequent interaction with team members and Senior Level Customers in the execution of projects that help customers achieve significant value in the form of improved pricing, quality, delivery, supplier performance and other aspects of total cost.
● Must Have a Bachelor/Master degree in quantitative discipline (business / finance / economics / engineering / mathematics)
● Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders or customers that have resulted in high customer satisfaction
● Experience in Program Management, and Supplier Relationship Management.
● Deep knowledge of sourcing and/or category management process
● Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a wide range of IT Software suppliers
● Excellent communication, organization/time management and problem solving skills
● Proven team management skills, coaching team members in the art of Negotiation and Contracting
