Full-time Email Us Technical Support Representative

The technical support representative will be tasked to provide quality technical assistance to clients over the phone. A technical support specialist will be asked to troubleshoot, give directions and identify the problem of a client in a pleasant manner.

Salary: 21,500

Plus:
- Night differential
- Program incentives
- Bonuses

Qualifications:
- Completed at least two years in college
- With or without call center experience
- Computer literate
- Average to good English communication skills
- Amenable to work at North EDSA or Shaw, Mandaluyong
