Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or combination of education and experience
• 2+ years’ experience in Genesys Technology
• 2+ years’ experience with Deploying, Upgrading & Supporting Genesys Framework & Conversation Manager Application
• Proficient in MS Office Products
• Knowledge of MSSQL & Reporting.
• Experience in Avaya & Cisco ACD is a plus
• Previous experience working with other HealthCare Industry is a plus
• Proven ability to learn quickly
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
