Position Responsibilities:
• Analyze requirements or User Stories across products and applications to identify acceptance criteria, testing cases and test scenarios
• Tests software to ensure that developed products meet requirement specifications and are within quality criteria and standards
• Provide feedback to lead tester and manager regarding development and process optimizations.• Work closely with multiple development teams to ensure quality testing practices are incorporated across the development cycle
• Write test documentation such as test cases, scenarios, create test data and identify defects within the software products
• Proactively initiate, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with team members
• Execute automated and manual test cases and provide pass or fail documentation using the standard tools utilized by the team.
• Provide individual status reports to the test lead and manager in the required frequency.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business, Engineering or Computer Science
• With experience of using the full spectrum of software testing types on web based applications
.• CRM or ERP Software module familiarity would be an advantage and/or similar product
• Knowledge in web application UI models and how components interacts
• Strong in observing/analyzing issues and communicate issues with clear and precise description
• Demonstrable experience testing web applications, from unit to integration to front-end
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic Understanding of Scrum and or other Agile methodologies is a plus
• Automation experience would be an advantage
