Responsibilities:

1. Encoding of daily report and delivery report.
2. Monitoring of work flow.
3. Monitoring and ensuring quality of the products.
4. Monitoring and encoding materials needed in the production area.
5. Answering email/s from the customer/s and/or inquiry of the head office in Japan
6. Monthly inventory.
7. Photo copying of the check sheet/s needed in the production area.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Secretarial or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• Applicants who can speak Japanese (JLPT 3 or 4) is not mandatory, it is only nice to have.
• Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Female only not more than 35years old.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
