DESKTOP SYSTEMS SUPPORT & ADMINISTRATOR
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Job Type: Full Time – Permanent role | DIRECT HIRE
Salary: Very Open and Negotiable
A Desktop Systems Support & Administrator specializing in IT Support, Microsoft Windows and Telephony is required by a Global Market Intelligence company based in BGC, Taguig to be a part of their growing team of professionals.
The qualified candidate will be in charge of resolving support requests as well as fulfil customers’ satisfaction and delivery demands through every available means. Therefore, it is important that you have good customer service skills as well as technical experience in supporting, configuring and troubleshooting MS Windows as well as hardware, software, network servers and peripherals.
It is ideal that you have at least 2 years’ experience in desktop and helpdesk support.
