Position: Accounting and Admin Assistant

Company Industry: Construction Company

Work Location: Taguig City

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:30am-5:30pm)

Salary: Php 20,000 – Php 25,000

Work Set Up: Work onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

✨ Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field

✨ With working experience in billing and collection accounting

✨ With 1-2 years of experience in accounting and admin position

✨ Can start immediately is an advantage

✨ Amendable to work onsite

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

✨ Monitor, post, and settle the clients’ payments and verify each payment

✨ Compile and review the official billing/invoice list with accurate information

✨ Observe the form 2307 create by and/or issued on behalf of the company

✨ Responsible for reconciliation of the official invoices/billings with the system pro-forma invoices

✨ Preparing the information and documents for the BIR and financial statement audit, and filing of quarterly VAT
