Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepares architectural drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Conducts site visits & gather project data.
• Participates in project planning, problem-solving, and decision-making processes
• Collaborates with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects
• Updates oneself on architectural principles, building codes, and industry practices
• Contributes to the development of design concepts and presentations

Good-to-have-skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Proficient in Autodesk / 3D Design (AutoCad, Revit)
• Good communication skills & interpersonal skills to coordinate with the team
• Detailed-oriented
