I. JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Project Supervisor directs the overall implementation of all architectural works. Reviews architectural plans, schematic and shop drawings

II. QUALIFICATION STANDARD:

A. Education

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture

B. Experience

At least eight (8) years technical work experience in high rise construction projects

Knowledge of/skills in field supervision, cost control, subcontractor management

Ability to interpret and execute plans, specifications

Ability to control interphasing of structural works

Knowledge of environment, health and safety standards and procedures

Knowledge of/skills in MS Office-IntermediateKnowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System, an advantage

Verbal and written communication skills-Advanced

Professional attitude and appearance
