Qualifications:

• Graduate of Mechanical Technology or related technical/vocational course.
• With experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledgeable in hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules if required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Install, assemble, and test mechanical components and systems.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment reliability and safety compliance.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.
• Replace defective parts and ensure proper alignment and calibration of machines.
• Assist in equipment upgrades, modifications, and improvements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
• Support production operations to minimize downtime.
