Position: Billing and Collection Assistant

Company Industry: Construction Company

Work Location: Taguig City

Work Schedule: Monday- Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)

Salary: Php 20,000 – Php 25,000

Work Set Up: Work on site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

✨ Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

✨ At least 1-2 years of experience in billing and collection accounting

✨ Can start as soon as possible is an advantage

✨ Amendable to attend face to face interview

✨ Amendable to work on site

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

✨ Preparing the list of official invoice/billings and checking the accuracy and completeness of the details

✨ Preparing the information for filling of quarterly valuable added tax

✨ Monitoring, posting and settlement of the clients’ payments and verifying payment has been issued with appropriate receipts

✨ Reconciliation of the Official Invoices/Billings with the system pro-forma invoices

✨ Other tasks that may be assigned by the management
