Description

Podcast & Webinar Opportunities:
-Proactively identify and secure podcast appearances, co-hosting
webinars, and other speaking opportunities for the client, leveraging the client’s existing network and
expanding reach.
Email Management & Content Creation:
-Assist in creating, scheduling, and sending out 2-3 weekly emails
to the client's database using Active Campaign (with input from the client). Track and tag contacts in the
CRM to ensure the database is properly segmented and managed.
Database Growth & Nurturing:
-Develop strategies and execute plans to grow the client’s database of real
estate agents by offering valuable webinars and collaborating with industry influencers and companies.
Webinar Coordination:
-Coordinate webinars hosted by the client, ensuring smooth execution, from inviting
participants to sending reminders and follow-ups. This includes collaborating with local hosts and
ensuring all logistics are in place.
Event Coordination & Support:
-Communicate with local event hosts to ensure they have the correct standards of procedure and checklist
for the client’s speaking engagements and training events.
Liaise with sponsors to ensure they fulfill their commitments for local events.
Assist in organizing mansion tours and panels, coordinating with panelists and hosts to ensure all event
details are properly handled.
Active Campaign CRM Management:
-Utilize Active Campaign to manage email campaigns, tag contacts,
update CRM notes, and monitor campaign performance to ensure maximum outreach and effectiveness.
Social Media & Brand Representation:
-Engage with potential collaborators and audiences on social media
to increase visibility and opportunities for the client, responding to inquiries, and converting leads to
scheduled appointments.
Support Speaking Engagements:
-Assist with preparation for speaking engagements and teaching classes
across the country. Coordinate logistics and communication with event hosts, attendees, and sponsors.

Experience and Proficiency
Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
Active Campaign
Zoom Webinars
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various moving parts (webinars, events,
sponsors, emails).
Proven experience with CRM platforms, specifically Active Campaign, for email management and
database organization.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
with local hosts, sponsors, and influencers.
Previous experience in coordinating events, webinars, and managing social media outreach.
Ability to work independently and proactively secure new opportunities for podcasts, webinars, and
collaborations.
Familiarity with the real estate industry or willingness to learn about it is a plus.
Personality Traits:
Proactive and resourceful in identifying and securing opportunities.
Empathetic and personable, with strong relationship-building skills.
Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
