Description
We are looking for a Experienced Compensation and Benefits/Admin Specialist to provide support in human resource resources and admin department.
Payroll
-
Ensure that compensation practices are following current DOLE standards
-
Perform a bi-monthly timekeeping and payroll for all employees (Head Office and Store Personnel)
-
Process the employees’ deduction such as company advances, AR and mandated, as required
-
Timely preparation of governmental reports and payment
-
Ensure all payroll transaction are processed accurately and timely
-
Manages in answering/resolving payroll related issues
-
Process and release of final pay within the period
-
Compute and process employees 13th month pay
-
Monitoring and tracking of SL/VL and SIL of the employees
-
Prepare an alphalist
-
Processing computation of final pay and documents
-
Proper filing/archiving of the payroll documents
Benefits
-
Ensure all government reports and payments are submitted accurately and on time both enrollment and posting contribution SSS, HDMF, Philhealth
-
Assist in loan processing of SSS (Maternity, Salary Loan, Sickness etc). Assist in releasing of certification for Philhealth (if necessary)

Prepare company Identification Card (Ids)
Administrative
-
Process the company business permit head office and warehouse(annually)

Process payment on a quarterly basis
-
Purchasing office supplies
-
Answering phone call, assist visitors
-
Performing other relevant duties when needed.
Job Qualifications
-
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or any other courses relevant to the job

3-4 years experience in handling timekeeping and payroll

Experience in handling government mandated contribution and other mandatory benefits

With experience in processing of business permits

Proficient in MS Office Application especially MS Excel and Word
-
Analytical and keen eye to details, systematic and highly organized
-
Good communication skills
-
Can work independently, results-driven and sense of integrity

With strong personality
-
Willing to work in Makati, Rockwell Center
-
Working Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9AM to 630PM
-
Can start ASAP.
