CRM Manager

Database management (FollowUpBoss)
Data entry, organization and cleanup
Customization and set up
Assist on back end technical support
Fixing widgets
Creating and executing CRM campaigns
Building workflows to manage customer relationships
Take leadership over team members actions in CRM
Follow lead flow from beginning to end
Ensure that all company leads have been contacted
Analyzing customer data
Send calendar links for appointments or meetings
Manage systems and tools
Helping with leads initial setup

Experience and Proficiency
Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
Should have CRM Management experience as a VA **IMPORTANT
Should have CRM Management experience specifically with FollowUpBoss
Experience in using Ylopo, ActivePipe, and Expresscopy is a huge plus
Should have Real Estate experience (Worked with agent or broker)
