Civil Engineer(Job Title: CSA Project in Charge)

-  At least 5-7 years of Civil and Structural Design experience

-Experienced in large-scale construction

(Specific to industrial, commercial, medium, and high-rise buildings

for a minimum period of 5 years as Project Lead.)

-Ability to manage construction projects,

-    Supervise day-to-day to ensure they aligned with quality standards and project plans

-Maintain communication with contractors, and subcontractors to build relationships within the projects.

-Implement quality control processes and conduct quality control inspection and implement safety

requirements

-Ensure all works conducted and comply with regulations and meet industry standards.

-Capable of reviewing plans, prints, specifications, and schematics

-Ability to manage construction projects

-Competent in documentation and preparation of reports

(including submission of progress billing report)

-Monitor and report on the progress of construction activities

-Excellent communication (written/verbal) skills

-Can start ASAP
