Description

Our client is seeking proactive and results-driven Sales Call Center Agents to join their team. In this role, you will engage with business clients, identify sales opportunities, and convert leads into loyal customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients, introducing products/services to generate sales.
  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients.
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, including call volume, conversion rates, and revenue goals.
  • Qualify leads and update client information in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads to maximize sales potential and ensure timely responses.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide feedback on client insights.
  • Resolve client inquiries and ensure a positive experience to encourage repeat business.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, telesales, or customer service in a call center.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven sales track record with experience in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the industry (e.g., software, telecom, financial services).
  • Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and lead qualification strategies.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings if necessary.
