Scope & Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence

  • Deliver exceptional customer service encompassing incoming and outgoing calls, including sales, ensuring accuracy, politeness, and competence.
  • Perform precise and error-free data input into client systems and execute back-office tasks promptly.
  • Adapt to additional responsibilities as business needs evolve.

Engagement & Accountability

  • Embrace constructive feedback from Team Leaders, TQM, and colleagues, actively implementing suggested tools for work improvement.
  • Foster a supportive environment to maintain high motivation among peers.
  • Take full ownership and execute assigned tasks diligently.

Performance & Development:

  • Meet or surpass set targets for various clients/projects as directed by Team Lead.
  • Suggest motivational activities and ideas for continual enhancement.
  • Meet attendance requirements, including scheduled breaks and lunches.
  • Strive for zero justified complaints and undertake self-training via the Intranet.

Quality & Process Enhancement:

  • Understand quality expectations across diverse clients/projects.
  • Enhance work quality daily, integrating new skills with guidance from Team Leaders, TQM, and peers.
  • Actively engage in problem-solving and propose process improvements, adhering to standard practices.

Job requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • At least a Senior High School Graduate.
  • Legally eligible to work.
  • At least 6 months of work experience in customer service or related roles for experienced candidates.
  • No experience required for a fresh graduate.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Courses related to English communications is an advantage.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude, especially when dealing with difficult customers.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes in the work environment or tasks.
  • Shows a long-term commitment to grow within the BPO industry.
