Garrett & Talon Inc. is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat
- Respond to customer inquiries in a polite and professional manner
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers' questions or concerns
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns/exchanges
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
- Maintain customer records and update information in the company database
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think critically
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to remain calm and composed in difficult or stressful situations
