Description
Scope & Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with issues and concerns related to their use of the product and/or service.
- Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Maintain and update customer information as needed.
- Upsell existing customers on new or enhanced services.
Required Qualifications:
- At least high school diploma or GED.
- Strong computer navigational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional listening and comprehension abilities.
- Professional and courteous demeanor.
- Customer-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
