Troubleshooting issues (Videos, Passwords, etc)
Managing workflows
Send Marketing emails (Templates provided)
Sending a daily marketing email
Monitoring social media
Managing Workplace (Meta)
Client communication
Graphics and image editing from Canva (With templates)
Creating flyers
Experience and Proficiency
Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
Should have customer care and technical support experience either from corporate set-up or as a VA **IMPORTANT
Should be well-versed in GoHighLevel CRM
Knows how to troubleshoot
Knows how the workflow works
