Description
A Dealer Development Supervisor will focus on building, maintaining, and expanding relationships with our network of dealers. You will supervise and assist in driving business growth through effective dealer engagement and support strategies.
The key responsibilities will be :
- Identify and recruit new dealers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process to familiarize them with company products and practices.
- Provide ongoing training and support to dealers, enhancing their product knowledge, sales techniques, and operational efficiencies.
- Monitor and evaluate dealer performance using sales metrics and other KPIs, offering feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with dealers, serving as the main point of contact for their inquiries and needs.
- Collaborate with dealers to develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives to drive growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for dealer growth and market expansion.
- Prepare and present regular reports on dealer performance, market conditions, and development strategies to the direct supervisor.
- Provide assistance in addressing and resolving any issues or challenges faced by dealers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist in managing budgets related to dealer development programs and activities, ensuring cost-effective operations.
Qualifications :
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, dealer development, specifically in automotive industry
- A strong understanding of the industry, market dynamics and dealer development.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective effective interaction with dealers and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess performance metrics and market trends.
- A solid understanding of sales processes and strategies, with the ability to implement effective dealer support programs.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and dealer needs, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
