• A Franchise Area Manager is in charge of ensuring that the stores, offices, and staff in their territory fulfill their sales or profit targets. They are in charge of managing day-to-day operations and motivating their employees to achieve.

• Management and leadership qualifications
• At least 3 years of solid operations and franchising experience focusing in the food retail or restaurant business
• With proven track record in sales target achievement
• With experience in creating LSM
• Knowledgeable in analyzing the PNL
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office such as word, excel, outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Can work under pressure
• Can Immediately respond to any work related queries
• Residing in Metro Manila
