    HR Officers stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure the company complies with all relevant standards. 

  • HR Policies and Procedures:
    They develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are in line with company goals and legal requirements. 

  • Record Keeping:
    HR Officers maintain accurate and secure employee records, including personnel information, attendance, and performance evaluations. 

  • Performance Management:
    They implement and monitor performance management systems, provide feedback, and set goals for employees. 

  • Employee Support:
