· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field required.

· Proven working experience as HR Supervisor and can handle staff

· In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

· Familiar in submission of DOLE Compliance reports

· With experience in Company Union and CBA negotiations

· Familiar in Labor Laws(Workers Statutory Monetary Benefits)
