HR SUPERVISOR - 35k/monthly (negotiable)

Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or a professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in human resources, including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and training.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily HR operations and support HR initiatives.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Supervise HR staff and assist in their professional development.
- Resolve employee grievances and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.

PAYROLL OFFICER - 25k monthly (negotiable)
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Certification (e.g., Certified Payroll Professional - CPP) preferred.
Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, or similar).
Skills:
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of payroll regulations and tax laws.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant applications.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll on a bi-weekly or monthly basis.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and prepare payroll reports.
- Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations.
- Address payroll inquiries from employees and resolve any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate salary and benefit information.

FINANCE MANAGER - 45k monthly (negotiable)
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA) and/or CPA certification is highly desirable.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
- Conduct financial analysis and reports to guide decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
- Manage financial audits and assist with tax preparation.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
