- Review and analyze customer interactions to ensure that we've met quality standards.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for improving customer service processes.

Needed Qualifications:
- You need at least two years of experience as a Quality Analyst. This experience must be in the financial, telecom, or banking sectors.
- Ability to report on-site.
- High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
