More than 7 years' experience as HSE Engineer or 2 years' Experience as HSE Manager, who has the experience of Solar Farm project;
Experience in safety system training and related certificates;
Possess HSE-related qualification certificates required by the Philippines.
Responsible for the safety management of the project implementation process;
Supervise the safety-related work assigned by the project manager, and do a good job of feedback and reporting;
Responsible for safety planning and related documents, weekly and monthly reports;
Preside over the on-site safety weekly and monthly Regular meetings, organize regular and special safety inspections on site;
Organize on-site construction safety inspections.
Responsible for meeting the HSE requirements of the Philippine government for related projects, responding to relevant government inspections, and improving project-related rules and regulations.
