- Recruitment & Onboarding: Post job vacancies, screen candidates, and facilitate new hire orientation.
- Compliance & Records: Maintain employee records, ensure labor law compliance, and prepare HR reports.
- Benefits Administration & Policies: Manage benefits programs, develop and update HR policies, and conduct regular reviews, handles payroll management

- At least 1 year working experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor Degree in related fields
- Strong understanding of hr & accounting principles and practices
