Position: Impex/Purchasing Staff

Company Industry: Manufacturing company

Work Location: Tanauan City, Batangas

Work Schedule: 8:30 am to 5:30pm (1 working Saturday per month)

Salary: Php. 16,000 – 18,000 depending on the experience

Work Set Up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

✨ Bachelor’s degree holder of any course

✨ At least 1 year of experience in Import/Export Operation.

✨ Experience in a Manufacturing industry is a plus

✨ With experience in PEZA/BOC

✨ Amenable to attend face to face

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

✨ Responsible for processing of 8106, 8105, EZTS, Gloa & Sub Loa, and it’s documentations

✨ Checks the accuracy of data on invoice and packing list, PEZA documents prior sending to delivery to ensure smooth processing of the delivery

✨ Source out and negotiate with suppliers the materials/consumables request of each department

✨ Create and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.

✨ Distribute information to all production section regarding date of arrival of import cargos especially for critical materials
