Description
This internship provides opportunities to act as a liaison between Service Desk, Development team, Customers, Infrastructure and Employees to effectively troubleshoot, investigate and resolve complex technical issues in the most efficient way possible. Interns will be trained to work closely with the software product teams to provide first and second line operational support and to ensure timely and efficient resolution of IT application-related incidents and service requests.
I. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Students will be provided equipment for the internship via remote set up and will be working from home to ensure safety of our students. A daily allowance paid every bi-weekly will be provided to successful students who will undergo internship for 3-4 months or based on internship hours of the school program for IT.
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): application support, SQL, System Admin.
- Preferred skill(s): SSIS, Reporting, MS SQL Server.
III. Work Set Up and Schedule:
- Hybrid Set

- Weekdays
