Salary: P 30,000 to P 40,000
Schedule: Dayshift & Midshift (Monday to Friday)

What does this job do?
Check the user account registered in system like the email or phone number
Verify if the birthday, IP address and registrations are correct
Checking if the credit card used is legitimate like banks name, picture and numbers
Check client’s withdrawal activities
Escalate if the credit card photos seems to be unusual like (erased or unclear)
Investigate thru files if there were failed deposits that is possible fraud
Check if payment transaction was successful or failed

What kind of job is this?

This is a back office and more on transaction verification thru checking the cards used by the registered user. The Know your customer team will escalate issues arises from fake credit card or fake users.

What are the requirements of the job?

🎯Must be JLPT N3 Passer
🎯Degree holder of any courses
🎯Fresh graduates can apply
🎯If undergraduate of college, its advantage if she has
🎯Customer Service background
🎯Can speak., read and write Japanese (around level 3)
🎯No experience or relevant background
🎯Willing to work in Japanese company
🎯Can start As soon as possible

🎀Since its Japanese company, it should be 35 years old old
🎀Must be okay with P 30,000 to P 40,000 (the lower the better)
🎀Must be able to work in Makati
🎀For Schedule purposes:
🎀1 to 2 days before the interview so we need to follow the Japanese Interviewers
