Position:     Japanese IT Project Manager

Industry: IT Software Company

Location:    Manila(Makati City)/ Cebu City

Salary:        Php 130,000 

Schedule:    Day Shift

Work set-up: Hybrid set up (3 days)

Requirements:

• Graduate of IT-related courses
• Must have JLPT N2-N3 Certification
• Comfortable with Nihongo translations over call and in person
• Has Project Management experience on Critical project
• Has experience working with Japanese counterpart/customer
• Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

 

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop a detailed project plan, including tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Establish project budgets and allocate resources.
• Knowledgeable with Scrum Agile and Waterfall Methodology
• Identify and engage project stakeholders.
• Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns
