JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Open to Japanese National
• Open to JLPT N1-N5 Passer or Level (Certification is not required)
• Bachelor’s Degree Holder in IT, Computer Science or any related course
• Undergraduates are welcome to apply
• Must have experience in application development/programming languages; Java, HTML, CSS, ASP.NET, React.js
• Knowledgeable in fixing hardware and software if the CPU fails to process the specific needed update on the computer.
• Good communication skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide support in a face-to-face capacity, over the phone or via remote desktop software, helping staff or clients set up systems or resolve issues. troubleshoot system and network problems, 
• Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Give technical assistance and carry out incident resolution.
• Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them; install and configure computer hardware operating systems
