JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Open to Japanese National
• Open to JLPT N1-N5 Passer or Level (Certification is not required)
• Bachelor’s Degree Holder in IT, Computer Science or any related course
• Undergraduates are welcome to apply
• Must have experience in application development/programming languages; Java, HTML, CSS, ASP.NET, React.js
• Good communication skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide clients with first-class technical help via chat, email, or phone in Japanese.
• Investigate and fix software and hardware problems.
• Monitoring and maintaining an organization's computer systems and networks.
• Helping customers diagnose technical issues over the phone and speaking with them about installing hardware or software on their computers.
• Diagnosing hardware or software problems.
• Managing several instances concurrently. Examining and assessing new technology. inspecting equipment for electrical safety
