JOB REQUIREMENTS:

✨ Juris Doctor or Lawyer

✨ With 4 years working experience in financial technology company for any legal related role

✨ With working experience in resolving disputes and litigating cases

✨ Has a leadership or managerial role experience

✨ Amendable to work onsite

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

✨ Provide legal guidance and support for the Company's daily operations, including offering trainings as required

✨ Assess and evaluate all legal process and procedures the company needed

✨ Develop and implement legal strategy to promote and protect the company

✨ Ensuring that all contracts, legal documents including legal anon non-legal terms are view and are up-to-date are adhere to statutory laws

✨ Recognizing and reducing legal risks as well as reporting on legal matters and litigation
