Position: Mandarin Accounting Officer
Company Industry: Retail Company
Work Location: San Nicolas, Manila City
Work Schedule: Dayshift 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: Negotiable
Work Set Up: Work Onsite

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
☑️ Proficient in Mandarin and English.
☑️ Graduate in Accountancy/Finance course or any related field.
☑️ At least 2-5 years of work experience in Accounting related roles.
☑️ Experience in doing payroll for employees
☑️ Knowledge of computer software such as MS Word, Excel, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
☑️ Processed invoices promptly and accurately and cleared prepayments upon invoice posting.
☑️ Handle petty cash, do voucher debit and credit, cash flow monitoring, and bank reconciliation.
☑️ Monitoring budget comparing actual income and expenses
☑️ Audits timekeeping and payroll reports of employees
☑️ Filling and handling taxes such as 2550Q, 2550M, 1601E,1601C, etc.
