COMPANY PROFILE: A big global healthcare insurance account in the Philippines is hiring Mandarin-speaking claims specialists. This is a very new account to help policy owners understand their benefits, advantages, list of requirements, coverage, especially the amount for sickness, and hospitalization, and how to process the claims. This is a PIONEER ACCOUNT for this contact center company.

Position: Mandarin Insurance Plea Specialist

Work Location: Pasay City

Work Schedule: Night Shift Schedule

Salary: Php 70,000-Php 75,000

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

✅Filipino who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin (conversational level)

✅Filipino who can speak English (conversational level)

✅College Undergraduates are welcome to apply

✅With at least 3-6 months customer service experience is a plus

✅Open to work in a Night Shift Schedule, 100% work on-site

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

✅ Communicate using emails and calls from insured Mandarin speaker about their policy

✅Assisting Mandarin patients on how much the coverage for hospitalization

✅Assist Mandarin patients with the requirements to get the amount of the policy

✅Responsible for giving Mandarin customers their policy type and its benefits

✅Explain to Mandarin patients how to claim the amount of money
