Position: Mandarin IT Client Service Specialist
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: Makati City
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Salary: Php 60,000-Php 100,000
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up (3 days Office Based/ 2 days WFH)

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✅Provide the day-to-day global service and support to both internal and external clients through the processing of IT requests and the provision of IT support via Email/Skype or other communication tools.
✅Translate web-based programs and applications created by the web design team into both languages to cover both Chinese dialects.
✅Translate instructional materials to be used by clients.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Proficient in Mandarin and English language.
✅With experience working with B2B customer teams.
✅Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in IT or any related discipline.
✅Computer literate and must be able to use a bilingual keyboard.
✅Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programs.
✅Experience as a Mandarin Translator / Interpreter.
✅Experience in a Mandarin Customer Service
✅Brief Background in Programming Languages such as HTML, CSS, and Javascript as well as C#, JS, SQL, C++, Java, PHP, and Python.
