Job Summary:

 

The Market Research Officer will conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to support strategic planning, product development, and marketing strategies. This role involves gathering and interpreting data on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to provide actionable insights that align with the company’s goals.

 

He/she will be crucial in identifying and nurturing potential business opportunities. This role involves developing and executing strategies to generate high-quality leads, engage with potential clients, and drive the pipeline of prospective customers to achieve sales goals.

 

Assist the current Sales team with possible leads for the generation of sales.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  1. Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract and qualify new business opportunities. Utilize various channels such as email campaigns, social media, networking events, and online research.
  2. Prospecting: Identify and research potential leads using tools like CRM systems, social media platforms, and industry databases. Create targeted lists and outreach plans to engage potential clients
  3. Competitive Analysis: Monitor and evaluate competitors' strategies, products, and market positions. Provide, recommendations based on competitive insights to enhance the company’s market position.
  4. Consumer Insights: Gather and assess customer feedback and preferences to understand needs, behaviors, and satisfaction levels. Translate these insights into actionable strategies for product development and marketing.
  5. Report Preparation: Prepare detailed reports and presentations communicating research findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management and marketing teams.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure research insights are integrated into strategic initiatives.
  7. Budget Management: Manage research budgets and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints and deadlines.
  8. Outreach and Engagement: Initiate contact, with prospective leads through cold calls, emails, and other communication methods. Build and maintain relationships with leads to understand their needs and position our solutions effectively.
  9. Lead Qualification: Evaluate and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they align with the company’s target market and sales objectives. Work closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
  10. Lead Management: Use CRM tools to track and manage leads, update contact information, and record interactions. Maintain accurate records of lead activity and progress.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Graduate of any 4-year course, Open for Fresh Graduates
  2. Computer Literate
  3. Experience in Leads Generation is an advantage
  4. Good grasp of both Written and Oral Communication

 

Performance Standards:

  1. Lead Generation Strategy and qualification
  2. Good communication skills are needed for Collaboration. Monitoring of status for each prospect/ client.
