JOB DETAILS
- Graduate of Any IT Related field
- With CCNA / Network Certification is an advantage
- With 2 years and above of network support experience in routing, switching, or firewall
- Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP stack, switches, firewalls and routers)
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Natural aptitude for dealing with people
- Teamwork & collaboration skills
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and capable of working on multiple alerts at once
- Willing to report on holidays, weekends, and shifting schedule
