Description
The Office Assistant will be tasked to perform the following:
Prepares initial/legwork work on:
- Fact-check invoices and checks subject to controls by Finance Associate before issuance
- Issuance of Official Receipts
- Encoding Collection Report Summary and Check Voucher Summary Reports
- Monitor of Expenses
- Answer inquiries through phone, emails, etc.
- Filing of bank statement, check vouchers, ORs
- Records filing and safekeeping
- Assist in the inventory of the College office equipment
- Prepares local remittance for PCOM Chapters
- Performs other related tasks as required by the immediate head
- Will be assigned as Secretariat to some committees of college
The successful candidates will receive the following:
- Basic salary
- HMO and Representation Allowance & Transportation Allowance upon regularization
- Assistant Bonuses equivalent to half a month's salary for Mid-Year Convention and one-month salary for the Annual National Convention (upon regularization)
- Annual Performance Based-Bonus
- Salary Increase
- 15days Sick Leave and 15days Vacation Leave upon one year in service and convertible to cash if unused.
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Above-average MS Excel skills.
- Highly organized and can work & deliver output even under pressure.
- Has above-average Communication Skills.
- Willing to work with all levels of internal management and utilize internal resources.
- Willing to work ASAP
