Position Overview:

As the Sales Team Lead and Coach, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of sales representatives (B2B) to achieve and exceed sales targets. Your strong leadership skills, motivational approach, and expertise in outbound sales strategies will be essential in driving the team's success.

Requirements:

  • Willing to work onsite in Makati, Monday to Friday (Weekends off).
  • Willing to work on a night shift from 9:00PM to 6:00AM PHT.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales.
  • Prior experience in leading/managing a sales team to drive sales.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends effectively.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools and technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging sales environment.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of outbound sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets. Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to help team members improve their sales techniques and productivity. Role model.
  • Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor individual and team performance metrics, including call volumes, conversion rates, and revenue targets. Identify areas for improvement and take proactive measures to address any performance gaps.
  • Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the team's product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and updates to the sales management team. Analyze data and provide insights to drive informed decisions and strategies.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Oversee the accurate and timely entry of sales data into the CRM system. Ensure that all lead interactions are well-documented for future reference and analysis.
