The Professional Interior Designer will be responsible for developing and executing interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and institutional projects. The role includes space planning, selection of materials and finishes, and coordination with the architectural team and suppliers.

Responsibilities:
• Develop interior design concepts and translate them into detailed plans and presentations.
• Conduct site assessments and client meetings to understand project requirements.
• Prepare design drawings, mood boards, materials specifications, and FF&E selections.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless design execution.
• Monitor project progress and ensure design quality and consistency.
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Graduate of Interior Design.
• PRC Licensed Interior Designer is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in interior design.
• Strong proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, etc.).
• Creative, detail-oriented, and has a strong sense of aesthetics and functionality.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
