- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably a licensed Engineer)
•Male 28-35 yrs. Old
•Minimum of 2 yrs. Experience in subdivision property management
•Proficient in Driving
• Customer service and interpersonal skills needed to meet with prospective and current tenants
• Good verbal communication, skilled in Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail to ensure tenant issues or questions are adequately addressed
• Organization and the ability to multitask efficiently
• Problem-solving to find effective solutions for a variety of potential issues
