Position: Record-to-Report Specialist

Company Industry: Certification Company

Work Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa, City

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)

Salary: Php 25,000 – Php 45,000

Work Set Up: Once a week work onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

✨ Graduate of any finance and accounting course

✨ At least 3 years of working experience in fixed asset and general accounting

✨ Amendable to work onsite at least once a week

✨ Open to fully work onsite once requested

✨ Can start working as soon as possible is an advantage

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

✨ Responsible for general ledger, inventory, fixed assets, intercompany account, and cash management activities

✨ Support the Record-to-Report Supervisor in following the month-end calendars and rolling out initiatives/projects

✨ Perform daily and monthly Record-To-Report activities and perform closing activities including updating the closing calendars

✨ Enforce applicable rules, policies, and procedures.

✨ Responsible for training Record-To-Report Analysts and new hires regarding different Record-To-Report processes
