Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)

Salary: Php 35,000

Work Set Up: Work onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

✨ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

✨ At least 3 years of working experience as a recruitment supervisor

✨ Amendable to work onsite

✨ Can start immediately is an advantage

✨ Amendable to attend face-to-face interview when requested

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

✨ Manage and supervise the recruitment team while offering guidance and support.

✨ Responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding

✨ Create and implement recruitment strategies to attract applicants

✨ Observe and evaluate recruitment metrics to enhance the hiring process

✨ Work with other department managers regarding to their hiring needs and requirements
