Sales Development Representative
Nurture leads
• Drip campaigns, setting up newsletter, sending events update or flyers for events, sending market updates
• Sending or pre-order gifts/token for clients in different occasions (Send Out Cards)
• Respond to client needs with urgency and attentiveness
Help with client events
• Event Invites and Coordination
Get in touch with past and existing clients
• via email, call or text
• Setting up appointment if needed
Manage CRM/database
• Data entry, clean up, updating notes and information
Facebook group moderation/engagement
GEO farming
Getting client reviews/feedback
Experience and Proficiency
Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
